We teach at many schools and community centers. How does that work?
Add each school, center or library once as a location and attach it to its classes. Families filter by site, and past classes archive themselves after they end.
Can I bring my classes over instead of retyping them?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet of your locations, classes and rosters, match your columns to ours, and we flag anything in the wrong format before you import. Re-importing is safe because duplicates are skipped.
Can I collect allergies and who's allowed to pick up?
Yes. Custom questions collect allergies, authorized pickup people and anything else you need, and families accept your waiver online with a timestamp.
Can I set age ranges and class sizes?
Yes. Every class has its own age range and capacity, with live spots left and a waitlist when it fills up.
Do you offer curriculum tools or school invoicing?
No. RegisterNation handles registration, payments and rosters. Curriculum tools and purchase-order invoicing aren't offered.
Can I email just one class's families?
Yes. Email everyone registered in a class from its roster, and every email sent is logged on the family's record.
What does RegisterNation cost?
0.5% of each registration, collected automatically through Stripe as families pay. There is no subscription, setup fee or contract, and if you have no registrations you owe nothing. Standard card processing fees apply.
