We're all volunteers. How hard is this to set up?
Add your program (or import it from a spreadsheet), connect payouts, and share one link. Families register on a page with your church's logo and colors, with no accounts needed.
Can we collect allergies and a permission slip?
Yes. Custom questions collect allergies, grade, shirt size and emergency contacts, and your waiver (use it for permission and release language) is accepted online with a timestamp.
Can we offer a family or scholarship discount?
Yes, with coupon codes. Create a code for a sibling or family discount, or a scholarship, and set early-bird pricing if you like.
Can we take donations at checkout?
Not today. RegisterNation collects registration fees only.
How do we check kids in on the first morning?
Each registration gets a QR check-in pass you can scan from a phone. You can also tap kids in from the roster, or print an attendance sheet as a backup.
What does it cost a church?
0.5% of each registration, collected through Stripe as families pay. There's no subscription, setup fee or contract, and nothing is owed when you're not running a program. Standard card processing fees apply.

Yes. Your classes, locations and branding stay in your account from year to year, and past classes archive themselves after they end.
