Questions from studio owners
Can I collect uniform sizes and waivers at signup?
Yes. Families accept your waiver online with a timestamp, and custom questions collect uniform, costume or belt sizes and emergency contacts. Belt or rank tracking isn't offered.
We charge monthly tuition. Will that work?
Installment plans cover fixed-length sessions. Open-ended monthly billing isn't supported, so studios that bill monthly may not be a fit today.
What happens when a class is full?
Families join a waitlist and no payment is taken. Turn on automatic offers and the next family on the list hears first when a spot opens.
Can I offer a new-student discount or an early registration price?
Yes. Create coupon codes for new-student offers, siblings or promotions, and set early-bird pricing per class.
Can parents register siblings?
Yes. Parents complete a registration for each child, in the same class or different ones, and you can offer sibling pricing with a coupon code.
Can I print attendance sheets for each class?
Yes. Every class has a roster and a printable attendance sheet, and you can check students in from your phone.
What does RegisterNation cost?
0.5% of each registration, collected automatically through Stripe as families pay. There is no subscription, setup fee or contract, and if you have no registrations you owe nothing. Standard card processing fees apply.
